All hotel reservations are the responsibility of the student. The Holiday Inn (formerly the Hilton Hotel) has been chosen as the host hotel for our school. The rooms are $89 per night plus tax, for two people per room. Any additional person is $10.00 per night. This price will be honored until June 20, 2008 at which time the room block will be released and the room rates revert back to the original price. If you would like to receive the Martha Pullen School rate, be sure to make your reservations early. To make your reservation, call (256) 533-1400 and tell them you are with the Martha Pullen School of Art Fashion. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service for Holiday Inn guests between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm. When you arrive in Huntsville, call 256-533-1400 and ask them to pick you up.
We have also arranged for a block of rooms at the new Embassy Suites located beside the VBC. The rooms are $121.00 per night plus tax, for two people per room. Any additional person is $10.00 per night. These rooms are suites and guests will also receive a complimentary breakfast and evening manager's reception. This price will be honored until June 20, 2008 at which time the room block will be released and the room rates will revert back to the original price. COST: The full cost of the 4-day adult school is $649. The full cost of the 4-day "Sew Kool for Kids" School and the Teen Sewing School is $425. This includes all project kits, four continental breakfasts, four lunch meals, three night meals and the four-day school class instruction. Please register early! Early registration will begin on March 5, 2008. Due to the limited number of classrooms and space in classrooms, schools, and pre-day classes, space fills early. Fill out the registration form and send your $175 ($75 registration fee [non-refundable if you cancel at any time] plus $100 deposit refundable until June 6, 2008 if you cancel). If you prefer, you may call us at 800-547-4176, ext. 105 or 106 and place your deposit on any major credit card. No registration will be accepted without the registration fee and deposit. If you are unable to attend the school, you must cancel in writing or email to sis@marthapullen.com by June 6, 2008 to receive a refund of your $100 deposit. Pre-day classes cost extra. You must be registered in a four-day school to take pre-day classes. No one under 18 years of age is allowed to register for adult classes. For families vacationing during this time, a baby-sitter must be brought with you since young children are not allowed in any classroom. Please bring all necessary items with you to class. Mark them with your name in some manner. Check to be sure your machine is covered on your homeowner's insurance or add extra insurance at the time of shipping. Martha Pullen Company, the Holiday Inn, the Embassy Suites or the Von Braun Center cannot be held responsible for your machine. If you are enrolled in a school that requires you to bring your own sewing machine, include the instruction manual, empty bobbins and all accessories. Your machine should be clean and in good working order.

PRE-DAY CLASS REGISTRATION
|
Only students registered for a 4-day school may register for pre-day classes. It is very important for you to pre-register for pre-day classes well in advance of your arrival at the school so kits can be made for you. We always have classes that close early because of pre-registration. If you choose to take a pre-day class, please fill out the pre-day registration form. No changes in pre-day classes are allowed after June 6, 2008 and no refunds for pre-day classes are given after June 6, 2008 because kits will have been cut. Pre-day classes can be added after this date if space allows. Classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. You will be given the choice of refunding your money or choosing another class if this happens.
