Mail Boxes Etc. will be at the VBC on Saturday 12:30 – 2:00pm to give information and forms for sending packages and machines. An announcement will be made at lunch on Saturday as to where they will set up. Southern Barbecue at the Huntsville Art Museum: 5:30 - 7:30pm. Transportation between the Art Museum, The Holiday Inn and the VBC will be provided from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. The bus will loop between the VBC, Embassy Suites, The Holiday Inn and the Art Museum continuously. The last bus will leave the museum at 7:30pm. One bus will continue between The Holiday Inn, Embassy Suites and the VBC until 10:00pm. Pick up and drop off at both places are the same. Teacher Selling Night: in the VBC (West Hall): 7:00 – 9:00pm (teachers will be selling their books, patterns, etc. at discounted prices) Sunday, July 27, 2008 Sunday school with Martha: 7:30am VBC - South Hall 1 Continental breakfast: South Hall 1, VBC – 7:00 – 9:00am Adult Classes: 8:30am - 11:45 (Lunch: 12:00 - 1:30pm) 1:30 - 4:30pm Kid's & Teen's Classes: 8:00am - 5:00pm - Holiday Inn Retail Shopping: South Hall 1, VBC - 7:30am - 5:00pm, closed for lunch 11:45am - 1:00pm Wholesale Shopping: Holiday Inn - 7:00 - 8:00am & 12:00 - 5:00pm. One bus will be available to transport students between The Holiday Inn and the VBC. Mail Boxes Etc will be at the VBC on Sunday 12:00 – 5:00pm to help with packing and mailing of packages. (Place to be announced). There will be a daily charge (paid to the VBC when you enter the parking garage or parking lot) for any student choosing to park his or her own car at the VBC. Martha Pullen Company does not have access to VBC parking passes. Martha Pullen Co. will provide round trip bus transportation between The Holiday Inn and the VBC only. Because of previously scheduled functions at the VBC on Friday and Saturday night during the school, parking at the VBC may be very limited on these evenings. |
