$75 registration fee (non-refundable if you cancel) plus $100 deposit (refundable until December 28, 2009). If paid by credit card, the balance will automatically be charged to the same credit card the week of December 28, 2009. To pay the balance by check, it should be received NO LATER THAN December 28, 2009.

Pre-day classes are offered at an additional charge. You must be registered in a four-day school to register for pre-day classes. BEGINNING HEIRLOOM SCHOOL with Dody Baker & Patty Smith - This school is for individuals who want to start at the very beginning and who have never done any or much heirloom sewing. Create a beautiful Heirloom Party Dress with Dody Baker or Patty Smith in this class. Beginning French Machine Sewing pre-day class with Kathy McMakin is required if you sign up for this school. (Pre-day classes #34 or #49)

KARI MECCA'S EMBELLISHING SCHOOL -Kari Mecca has a unique way of using trims, beads, rickrack and other items to add the most whimsical touch of embellishment to an otherwise simple garment. Kari will share many new techniques and fun embellishing ideas with you that can be used over and over in your future projects. Kari has designed three wonderfully embellished garments just for you. This class is full of helpful tips and tricks for easy construction and fun embellishing of children's clothing.

WENDY SCHOEN'S BABY SCHOOL - We are so glad to have Wendy Schoen and the classic baby school. You will simply love spending four days with Wendy as she shares her expertise in advanced hand embroidery and special construction tips and techniques. Enjoy learning from Wendy while you create a gorgeous heirloom embroidered baby layette and a sweet appliquéd coverlet.
*You must bring your own sewing machine and have a basic knowledge of heirloom
sewing by machine and hand embroidery.

MICHIE MOONEY'S CONSTRUCTION & SMOCKING SCHOOL - Michie Mooney will teach you everything you need to know about constructing basic smocked children's garments. Learn how to construct a ready-to-smock bishop; a sleeveless sundress or sunsuit with a pleated inset and also how to add a box of smocking to an otherwise plain front apron dress. Also included in the 4-days of instruction will be basic geometric hand smocking as well as picture smocking techniques.
*You must bring your own sewing machine and pleater.

LOUISE CUTTING'S FASHION SCHOOL - We are so excited to have Louise Cutting conducting our newest Women's Fashion School. Enjoy basic and advanced construction techniques, fitting instruction and stylish patterns as you construct a fashionable jacket and the one-seam pants. All of the school garments will coordinate with the preday classes taught by Louise and will complete a basic wardrobe set.

BEVERLY SHELDRICK'S SCHOOL - Beverley Sheldrick is back, all the way from New Zealand, to spend four glorious days of creative sewing with you. Join Beverley as she shows you how to create a fashionable ladies' jacket. The silk dupioni jacket will feature machine pintucks and embellishments as well as a touch of silk ribbon embroidery and lace. You are sure to learn multiple construction techniques the "Beverley way" and you will love this amazing addition to your wardrobe.

HUSQVARNA/VIKING SCHOOL with Connie Palmer & Peggy Dilbone - Viking students will have four-days packed with great projects that show the fantastic features of the Diamond Sewing & Embroidery machine. Create a spectacular toddler dress with Connie Palmer. Learn lace shaping in the hoop with Peggy Dilbone as you make a fabulous pillow, and plan a special night out to carry the elegant quilted purse that Peggy has designed just for our school. Viking will furnish top-of-the-line Diamond machines for this school.

BABY LOCK SEW & SERGE SCHOOL with Pam Mahshie & Missy Billingsley - This Baby Lock school is full of many fun techniques and very talented teachers. Enjoy creating a wonderful lady's embroidered jacket, and a girl's sweet serger dress with Missy Billingsley. Create a treasure of sewing accessories for your sewing room with Pam Mahshie. With the wonderful Baby Lock Ellisimo, top-of-the-line sewing/embroidery machine, sergers and these talented teachers, students will enjoy a sewing vacation of a lifetime!

BABY LOCK CREATE SCHOOL with Evy Hawkins, Phyllis Triplett & Cathy Gandy - The Baby Lock Create school is full of many fun techniques and lots of creativity, imagination and inspiration! Using a Baby Lock sewing and embroidery machine, the Baby Lock Embellisher and the new Baby Lock Sashiko machine…the ideas and possibilities will be endless in the classroom. Create an elegant capelet with the talented Evy Hawkins and a beautiful sofa throw that will be fit for a mansion with Phyllis Triplett and Cathy Gandy.

EMBROIDERY & EMBELLISHING SCHOOL with Evy Hawkins & Hope Yoder - Join Evy Hawkins and Hope Yoder to see how much fun you can have with Baby Lock embroidery and sewing! Mix fun quilting in-the-hoop, embroidery, and heirloom sewing, and create a fun quilt for someone special and a great heirloom shirt for yourself! BERNINA SCHOOL with Lezette Thomason - Lezette Thomason joins us for the Bernina School. Using the newest top-of-the-line Bernina 830 in the class room, Lezette will show you how to use features of the machine, optional feet, and accessories to make sewing for children easy and fun! Create children's garments and learn Lezette's fantastic construction techniques.

PFAFF SCHOOL with Sue Pennington Stewart and Hope Yoder - Join Sue Pennington Stewart, to create a version of one of her award winning heirloom quilts. Plan to take notes as you will learn so many different techniques during this three day class. The sampler quilt is a size 52" X 54" and features numerous techniques. Also enjoy a day with Hope Yoder as you create a charming vest. Pfaff will supply a wonderful top-of-the-line machine for use in this classroom.
