Dear Sewing Family,
We, the staff at Martha Pullen Company, are delighted to announce that Martha was inducted into the American Sewing Guild's Sewing Hall of Fame yesterday at their national convention in Nashville, TN. Martha attended the luncheon thinking she was to accept a "thank you" on behalf of Sew Beautiful Magazine. Martha was totally surprised when Margo Martin, Executive Director of the ASG, called her name as the newest inductee of the Sewing Hall of Fame. The ASG commended Martha for her many contributions to the sewing industry. Martha graciously and tearfully thanked the guild for the honor as she accepted the plaque.
