The colorful Liberty Alphabet is perfect for stitching bold, whimsical monograms on a variety of projects. Think happy home décor projects, tote bags, quilts and more! The machine embroidery collection features 26 letters formed in the open area of a floral-filled circle.

The precious Little Princess Alphabet was designed with your little princess in mind. With 35 total designs, this machine embroidery collection features 26 upper-case letters embellished with satin stitched dots and flourishes along with nine princess-approved coordinating designs. Your little one is sure to be royally impressed with any home décor project (bedding, pillows, towels, etc.) or garment stitched with this sweet embroidery collection.

For another elegant, heirloom-inspired alphabet collection, look no further than the Scroll Alphabet. This machine embroidery collection features 26 upper-case ornate letters, and it’s sure to become one of your new go-tos for stitching special projects and gifts.

13 4×4 designs and three 5×7 designs

Whitework Flowers & Butterflies
Inspired by traditional whitework embroidery, these elegant designs are perfect for your special heirloom sewing projects. The machine embroidery collection features 16 whitework flowers and butterflies.

10 4×4 designs and 10 4×7 designs

Chubby Numbers in Two Sizes
Number designs are a must-have in any machine embroidery library. These 10 appliqued Chubby Numbers give both a satin stitched appliqué option and an additional scalloped edge option. Stitch these number designs on garments, blankets and more to celebrate special birthdays and milestones.

January Mug Rugs: 2 6×9 designs and project instructions

Monthly Designs
In addition to all these designs, you’ll also receive monthly designs throughout 2018. These surprise designs are released on the first of each month, and are often seasonal in nature. For January, members received a couple of fun faux crazy patch mug rug designs! The embroidery is the same on both designs, but the techniques are different. The design for one is stitched and backing fabric is attached in the hoop. The design is then removed from the hoop, trimmed, turned to the right side and hand stitched closed. The other is made completely in the hoop with a satin-stitched edge. Project instructions for making the mug rugs are included.

411coachman hills. Is there anyway I can purchase designs on CDs. I have no way of downloading.Thank you! Janet

Hi Janet: I’m sorry, but our Internet Embroidery Club designs are only available as downloads.

I have purchased the 2018 IEC designs, but I am unable to access them in the My Downloads section when I am logged in to the IEC website. I have been an IEC member for several years and can access the designs I purchased from other years, just not 2018. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi, Mary: One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you soon to assist with this!

Natalie, I did receive a response from customer service, and did receive access to the 2018 designs; however, in the process, I lost access to the 2017 designs I had purchased previously.

I replied twice to the e-mail I received from customer service notifying them of this on January 31, 2018 and never received a response. So, I submitted an additional customer service request on February 5, 2018. It has been more than 72 hours since I submitted that request, and the only response I have received is the auto-reply message that my request had been received. There has been no resolution to the problem I am having in accessing the 2017 designs.

I am not a complainer and do not relish doing this at all, but I feel compelled to share my concerns. I have never had so many problems purchasing electronic files! Most sites that sell downloadable embroidery designs provide instant access to them and provide a rapid resolution if there is a problem. I feel like my (second) request for customer service has gone into a black hole and may never be addressed. This is not at all the right way to treat a loyal paying customer who has been buying IEC designs faithfully since 2007. Furthermore, I should not have had to make the second request at all. It was an error of the customer service department in correcting my original lack of access to the 2018 designs that caused me to lose access to my 2017 designs. Prior to the “correction,” I had access to 2017.

I am growing very concerned about what is happening to Martha Pullen Company. I was planning to purchase additional years of IEC designs because I have a few gaps over the years I have been buying them. I am most certainly reconsidering that decision at this time. I would sincerely appreciate a resolution to this situation as soon as you are able. Thank you.
