2009 Paper Dolls
(5X7 and divided 4X4)
Campbell & Morgan Ross are approximately 5.5" tall

As always a huge surprise is once again your beloved paper dolls. Campbell and Morgan Ross (as children) will be yours - two of our grandchildren who are both 16 now. There are 33 designs and yes the 5X7 ones are divided for your 4x4 machine hoops if you don't have the larger hoops. Of course there are toys-an elephant and boat for Campbell. Their outfits are adorable. Campbell has a boy scout type outfit, a tennis outfit, a dress up suit, a sailor outfit and a sweater/pants outfit. Hats go with each. Morgan Ross has a cute pinafore outfit, the Christmas dress she actually wore on the cover of SB many years ago, a nightgown, a dress holding a doll, a middy dress, a GORGEOUS CHRISTMAS CAPE, MUFF AND BONNET, and an embroidered coat and pants. Hats and bows go with her clothes. Morgan's teddy bear has cute clothes also.

2009 Christening Gown Designs!
(One color; Fits 5x7 and 4x4 hoops)

Once again you will get  FABULOUS CHRISTENING GOWN DESIGNS. There are 19 designs in this gorgeous pattern which will travel up the full length of a long christening dress. Some are 5x7 but are divided for your 4x4 machine hoops also. There are designs not only for the skirt but also for the bodice and sleeves. Just look at the gorgeous cross, the trinity "dots and flowers," the tiny little dots, the tiny flowers, the combinations and the leaf designs! I think this one set is worth the $49 for the whole membership! The total length of the design when put together for a skirt is approximately 25" high; however, you can make it taller depending on how closely you stitch the designs.  It is just perfect for any christening dress or flower girl dress or for the back of a jacket or for table linens. Wouldn't the bows be beautiful on napkins or pillowcases?

2009 Quilt Designs!

New Testament Biblical Story Quilt
(Redwork; 5X7 and divided 4X4)

You will get 20 New Testament Bible Story Quilt designs! The redwork designs are 5x7 but all are divided for your 4X4 hoops. The designs this year are The Three Magi, Five Loaves and Two Fish, the Empty Tomb, Escape to Egypt, I am the Vine, Ye are the Branches, Jesus Baptized, Jesus Teaches at the Temple, Jesus Walks on Water, Joseph's Dream, Let the Little Children Come to Me, Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus, The Prodigal Son, Sermon on the Mount, Simon's Miraculous Catch, Sowing Seeds, The Triumphal Entry, Jairus' Daughter, Jesus' First Miracle and Jesus Washes His Disciple's Feet. These redwork designs are perfect for a Bible teaching quilt or for a pillow or for a wall hanging. It would be the most wonderful wall hanging for a Sunday School class or for a hallway at church. You might want to make one with the 2008 IEC Old Testament and 2009 IEC New Testament. In our new Building called the ROC at Whitesburg Baptist church we have a gorgeous scripture quilt hanging as you enter. These designs would be perfect for a Bible book also. Or to use in a scrapbook you are making for a child or grandchild. I have thought they would be great to embroider and mount on cardboard to pass around during a Sunday School class and let each child tell the story on the board. You might have the actual full scripture story written on the back for the child to read of memorize as the pictures are passed around. There are so many ways of using these Old and New Testament redwork designs and of course REDWORK IS SO QUICK!

Old Time Quilt
(Color Line; 5X7 and divided 4X4)

Years ago I purchased a vintage quilt with the "redwork" done in several colors. We have called this Old Time Color Line Quilt. You will get 28 Vintage Color Line Quilt designs. 12 months of the year plus 5 extras plus 7 days of the week plus 4 seasons. During the year you will get more color line antique quilt designs. These designs were taken from the my antique quilt. It would be wonderful to make an actual quilt using these designs. To personalize this quilt you could on the months, include family names and birthdays beneath the month. What a memory this would make to actually have names of family members and their date of birth - for future generations. I had to go to ancestry.com to be sure of my grandmother's birthday when Abigail was born on December 19! I thought I remembered that was Nannie's birthday, but was not quite sure. It was! Anyway, this month part of this quilt could be a real birthday keepsake. There are some extra cute designs and you will get more as the year rolls by! And remember how EASY and fast redwork is to embroider! Any one of these designs would be sweet for a child's pillow or picture to hang in a bedroom or nursery. All of the little girls are "Sunbonnet Sue" types. The days of the week would be adorable on kitchen towels or around the bottom of an apron. The seasons would be precious on tea towels.
