10. Circular Bias Strip Blouse Circular bias strips encircle the neckline as well as the shoulder section of this beautiful blouse. The bias strips are joined with hand faggotting. Strips of five folded tucks are used in-between the beautiful lace strips running vertically on the front of the blouse. The sleeves have a double strip of this pretty lace with three folded tucks on either side. On the sleeves, sets of five folded, released tucks are stitched in about halfway up the blouse. The cuffs are made of two strips of this pretty lace. Beautiful self-covered buttons and loops close the sleeves. The whole blouse is stitched completely by hand. |
