I estimate this dress to be circa 1910. The ruffle on the bottom has tucks and French lace. Much of the lace on this dress is hand made bobbin lace, which almost looks like it is made with a linen thread. There are panels of beautiful Swiss eyelet on the dress skirt as well as the top. More tucks are placed on the bodice the sleeves and just below the waistline. The back of the dress is just as beautiful as the front.
